Burnet – First Day Hike at Inks Lake State Park

Starting at the Devil’s waterhole parking lot, enjoy some hot chocolate or coffee before following the breathtaking, moderate, two-mile Devil’s Backbone nature trail with a park ranger.
End the hike at a world-class bird blind and ring in the New Year’s hike with some sparkling cider!
You will then have the option to hike back or ride along our historic park road 4 back to the parking lot. Wear weather appropriate clothing and bring water. If intending to ride back, no pets or children under 10 years of age in the vans.
