Join the Hill Country Alliance and numerous partners for an online workshop on Hill Country Land Conservation. Tune in to learn from regional experts on land stewardship tools and financial resources, conservation easements, and what to expect in terms of eminent domain and other rural landowner issues in the upcoming legislative session.
Half-day workshop includes a landowner panel and the following presentations: Land Stewardship – Steve Nelle, USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, Retired; Key Issues for Rural Landowners and Ranchers – Jim Bradbury, James D. Bradbury, PLLC; Tax and Financial Considerations of Conservation Easements – Margaret Menicucci and Kathryn Tancig, Braun & Gresham Attorneys at Law; and Financial Cost-Sharing Opportunities – Shane Kiefer, Plateau Land and Wildlife Management.
